Your subscription will auto-renew unless canceled at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Depending on the service you used to purchase the subscription (website, Android, or iPhone) there will be slightly different ways to downgrade your account to free and cancel any active and renewing subscriptions. You’ll need to visit the same service you used to activate your subscription in order to cancel. For example, Google Play for the Android app and iTunes for the iPhone app, etc.
- To cancel subscriptions activated on the Strava website: Login to your account and navigate to Settings in the menu under your picture in the upper right-hand corner. Select My Account > Downgrade to the free plan. Confirm that you would like to downgrade when prompted. Note that you’ll remain a subscriber with access to all benefits until your subscription expires on the expiration date as indicated on your Account Details page.
- To cancel subscriptions activated with Google Play (Android): For subscriptions purchased using the Strava App for Android, your payment and any recurring payments are handled by Google Play. To manage your Google Play subscriptions, click here. Or, open the Strava app and click the Menu button > Settings > Manage Subscription and you should be redirected to the subscription management page in the Google Play app where you can cancel the subscription.
- To cancel subscriptions activated with iTunes (iPhone): For subscriptions purchased using the Strava App for iPhone, your payment and any recurring payments are handled by iTunes. To manage your subscription through iTunes, click here. Or, open the Strava app and click More > Settings > Manage Subscription and you will be redirected to the subscription management page in the iTunes app where you can cancel the subscription. Once you have canceled your subscription, you will see no renewal option is selected, and your subscription will not renew.
