What do you need to know?
Start: Thursday 14 September 2023, 11 am
End: Saturday 23 September 2023, 4 pm
Where: Thanks to the recording of kilometres via smartphones/watches, the happening is truly without limits. We offer everyone who wants to help with the movement the opportunity to join in for a good cause from anywhere – even abroad!
How: The simplest approach is to jog or walk while using your mobile phone, directly logging your activity in the viRACE app. However, the viRACE platform can sync data from other popular running apps like Strava, Garmin Connect, Fitbit, Polar, and more. For every kilometer you complete, you’re contributing 20 crowns towards help. Your kilometers will be tracked in your digital account, allowing you to conveniently monitor your contributions through our leaderboard.
How to join: For a payment of 250 CZK, you can register online and join in at any point during the event. Once registered, you’ll receive a payment confirmation and technical instructions. The sale of registration is managed on behalf of the Tereza Maxová Foundation, as part of the public fundraising collection with reference number: S-MHMP/1501799/2012.At least 50% of your fee goes directly towards supporting children, while the remaining portion is dedicated to organizing the event and supporting the Foundation’s ongoing activities.
On Saturday, September 23, 2023, there will be a community closing of this year’s 9th year of the happening at the Prague Exhibition Grounds, at the end of which the results will be announced and the proceeds of the event will be published.
