I want to help pregnant mothers at risk

…because no one can replace mom! Sometimes a woman gets pregnant in a difficult situation, something bad happened along the way, and she can’t handle it. With the right help at the right time, however, she can become a loving and caring mother regardless of her past.

Eva is a young mother aged 22. From early childhood, until she was 18, she grew up in a challenging family environment and eventually found herself on the street. Now, five months pregnant, Eva and her partner have decided to raise the baby together. Unfortunately, their current situation is very difficult, as they are living in a hostel. They realize that they will have to face many challenges. Being young parents with limited financial resources and no stable housing is a significant commitment. Their most pressing issue is finding suitable housing where they can create a safe home for their baby.

It will require a tremendous effort, but they are determined to do everything they can to ensure that their child has a happier childhood than they had. Consequently, they have sought assistance from a support service to help them prepare for their role as parents and provide for the baby’s needs. They understand that careful planning will be necessary. Purchasing baby equipment and supplies like diapers, baby food, and other essential items will be costly for them.

With the support of social workers, they approached the Tereza Maxová Foundation for help in obtaining baby gear and supplies to provide for their baby’s needs. Despite all the difficulties, Eva and her partner are highly motivated and excited to give their baby love and care.

Through financing projects like At the Beginning, we support pregnant women in need to help mothers to stay with their children and children stay in the safe arms of moms!
