Today at 19:40 we hit the 10 million crowns mark and our charity event is officially over. However, to allow you to complete and record your (often all-day) activities, we will keep the leaderboard active for another 6 hours, i.e. till October 4, 01:40 am. All your kilometers will show in the result list. Thanks to donations from the Friends of TERIBEAR collection, we will cover the bonus earned above the partners’ proceeds. Not a step will be wasted. In order to improve the collection of km, we have summarized some recommendations for you:
1. Have only one external app paired with viRACE (e.g. just Strava). Never multiple apps at the same time!
2. Collect activities in areas with good GPS signal. If the GPS signal is lost, activity collection is interrupted and cannot be restored.
3. Check what email you are logged in to viRACE under. If it is not the one you registered under at www.teribear.cz, you have a duplicate account and the miles will not be loaded into our leaderboard.
4. Activities that do not support GPS (treadmill running, etc.) will not be added to our leaderboard.
5. Keep your accounts set up publicly in the apps.
6. Your kilometers don’t match? Email tptb@c-in.eu or call technical support at 725 946 402 or 727 803 221.
7. Please use only one communication channel (either email or phone) when communicating with technical support. Duplication of edits may occur during a mileage claim.
8. The official results list (Leaderboard) is only the one on www.teribear.cz. Please disregard the results from viRACE or Strava.
